George Jones Brass

George Jones has taught and performed coast to coast. As one of the first teachers of Virtu.Academy, he has strategies to help all ages and skill levels. He received his B.M. from the Oberlin Conservatory and his M.M. from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. Collaborating with the Community Music Center of Boston he developed programs for all grades across the city focused on a love of music and the simple fundamentals of brass playing. 
George is also the proud parent of a 3-year-old cat who often joins virtual lessons.
